I got this insurance when I adopted Waldo back in 2012 and never used it until this year. Filing the claim(s) has been really easy and they payout quickly (Less than a week). The one thing that I did not understand (because it is not this way with any other insurance) is this - I have a $500 deductible with a 80/20 coinsurance split. They take the 80/20 on the deductible too which means I actually have to pay out $625 before they consider that I have reached the deductible. That was a bummer.
