No regrets!
Affordable health insurance with a caring company and customer service team. I did a lot of research before choosing and by far they had the best feedback. Now having used them I can say, the reviews were accurate! I am a first time user of pet insurance and had no issues submitting my first claim or getting reimbursed when my puppy got unexpectedly sick. There is no price on having peace of mind and knowing that my baby will be taken care of if need be. I hope to not have to use it again, but it’s a safety net I am grateful for.

I typically give Trupanion high scores on almost everything.
I typically give Trupanion high scores on almost everything. However at the moment I’m still reeling from the notice of increase to my premium next year almost 22%) after another big increase last year (18%). Both of these are far higher than any previous year since we enrolled (9-12%). Michelle capably explained the reasons this might happen and of the reasons she outlined I suspect it’s a second emergency clinic that opened in our metropolitan area two years ago. I now understand and can find no real argument for the way Trupanion has chosen to do this, it makes sense and is better than basing increases on your pet’s particular history. I am just not liking it and from now on I will include this additional piece of information in any reviews I post in various forums I’m on for pet owners.

Trupanion has always been there for my pets' health. They offer clinics the convenience of paying the clinic so I don't have that up front cost. Due to a work layoff this is a huge benefit for me!!

Quick, easy, affordable, and good coverage(?)
Very, very easy to sign up. There is a lot going on when you get a new puppy. Vet trips, grocery store, toys, potty training, etc. etc. I did not want to sit down and take on yet another 30 minute to an hour process. This was quick and easy.
