Online sign up is easy.....when it's working.
Most of the signing up on the website went well, it was easy, but the end of it didn't work. It just kept 'loading'. So I ended up having to call and finish the sign up.

Good policy options, signup process just a little confusing
It was relatively easy. However, I wasn't sure at first whether or not I had signed up. I thought I had but then got another email asking me to sign up. Turns out the first time had worked. It was a little confusing, however, to get multiple emails to sign up.
