Quick and seamless
Trupanion has proven to be quick and seamless when it comes to claims! Veterinary office put in the claim and there was little to no wait for feedback. Even when I had to pay for service and make a claim, payment was quick and efficient! Would never even think of getting another pet insurance company!

It was an amazingly quick response to my claim submission, a matter of a few days. And the payment was in my checking account within the week. In addition Trupanion texted or emailed me throughout. It may be the only positive experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company.

My little Sammy was very sick I had to rush him to the hospital Saturday at midnight he had to be in hospital for quite a while.
My little Sammy was very sick, I had to rush him to the hospital Saturday at midnight, he had to be in hospital for quite a while. Trupanion had direct payment agreement with the hospital, so I only had to pay my share, which made my life so much easier, I could focus on my little boy, rather than trying to borrow money to pay for his medical care.
