Trupanion is amazing.
Trupanion is amazing. I filed a claim with Trupanion and thought it would be a long process with a lot of paperwork and phone calls. That was not the case. I answered a few questions, sent them the paperwork from the veterinarian and that was all I needed to do. I received an email less than 48 hours later letting me know my claim was completed and I would be receiving my claim payment directly into my bank account. Thank you Trupanion for being there for us during a difficult time that turned out well.

Claim was reviewed and settled within a minute from when the vet hospital submitted it. I was texted when it was received and also when they settled it. I was able to pay my portion on the way out. Very simple, very efficient. Love this company.
