They reimburse payments for treatment within 48 hrs and/or make direct payments immediately to our veterinarian. ?? And get this- they let the doctor determine what my little Sky needs and trust our vet’s professional opinion. ??They respond to emails ??immediately and get this too- they actually answer the phone. ?? I’m so glad we signed up when Sky was just a puppy. ?????? ?????????????

Simple and effortless
Got a new pup and knew we should get him coverage right from the start. We had another pup we did have coverage for and through the years spent quite a bit of money for his care. Learned about Lemonade from the rescue we adopted our new guy from. It was super easy to get the policy online. Then 2 weeks later went for a preventive checkup and needed to submit the first claim. It was so smooth and painless! Money was in my bank account within 48 hours. Very pleased with our decision!
