Very spacious building with friendly staff willing to help assist you if they are capable of doing so. The pets that were attending their appointments while I was there with a friend, seemed to be very happy and to have had a good experience with their veterinary doctor at this place. Unfortunately, no one could assist my friend with help with her pregnant kitty who had birthed 3 stillborn kittens and had 1 inside her for multiple days afterwards. No one could point her in a different direction so we were left in a very unfortunate situation at that moment in time. The building is a little ways on the outskirts of town way out on gateway heading towards the airport or emerado

They are amazing with our little fur babies. I appreciate everyone here so much. Our pets get really nervous at the vets but the staff here is so well trained and you can feel their love of animals. They are super also accessible and accommodating. I have hearing loss and was having difficulty hearing one of the ladies at the front desk, I let her know and she responded so well! Instead of shouting (which is the normal response), she turned to face me and enunciated her words. Then also printed out information. This was so helpful as someone who lip reads. Thank you all 😊

We recently brought in our dog for an injury and they did a great job making us feel comfortable leaving her there for assessment and wound repair. They communicated the treatment plan very well and were patient while explaining costs.

Took my dog in for a check up, the nurse come in the room didn't say anything just took my dog to the back I didn't appreciate it because I could hear her scratching the wall and hitting her head. They did a procedure and gave her medication didn't tell me about it and charged for something I didn't approve or know about when paying the receptionist was very rude like everyone else. Doctor said sorry but sorry dosent fix it I know I would have to pay for something either way but I would had been nice if they communicated with me.

Receptionists were very rude every time I called to ask questions about my pet - almost like it was in inconvenience to answer my questions about the meds and recovery after my pet's surgery. The vet herself wasn't personable and didn't take any time to make my new puppy feel comfortable at all. Just right to business. She also made comments about muzzling my puppy after he growled at her when she was checking his teeth. Not impressed.
