they are very prompt in prossesing claims and making payments way better than people insurance and if they have a question they get ahold of vet and get it answered .

So Happy We have Insurance with Trupanion!!!
I am very grateful and happy with Trupanion. When I take my dog in to our vet they send our claim immediately to Trupanion so their part of the claim is paid for before I leave and only have to pay my portion of the bill. YAY!
