Great claims experience with trupanion.
It was fast and easy. All I had to do was visit my vet, pickup my dog's prescriptions and pay a small deductible. Trupanion paid the rest without any trouble.

Happily Surprised
I wasn't sure I wanted to get pet insurance and have another monthly bill. Then Jacob ran off, as puppies sometimes do. When I found him he was eating something unidentifiable. Two days later he was down, wouldn't eat, drink, or walk. A visit to his regular vet and a referral to an Emergency Vet Hospital we knew this was going get expensive, but we were going to do anything to help our puppy. I submitted my claims and within a few days, Trupanion sent an email with an explanation of what was covered and issued me a payment. What a relief. No hassle at all. Everything worked exactly as they advertise that it will. WORTH EVERY PENNY in premiums. I'm a customer for life.
