Fast Turnaround!
Claims are turned around in a couple of days, payment to my bank immediately follows. Even when I had to make an appeal, the appeal was approved within 48 hours, and payment was immediate.

I have been paying monthly premiums for 8 years and until now none of my vet bills were considered reimbursable.
I have been paying monthly premiums for 8 years and until now none of my vet bills were considered reimbursable... Exam fees aren't covered, immunizations are not covered I especially dislike the way my claim was processed. I submitted 3 invoices and there was no consolidation or summary of them, each was handled separately which led to great confusion.

Trupanion for life!
Trupanion has been very helpful with Oliver. I purchased the policy when I got him. Oliver developed allergies early in his life and Trupanion has been there from the start. They offer payment right at the vet - extremely efficient. Trupanion is always on call with friendly, helpful service! I recommend them to every pet owner I meet!
