Easy & fast!
This was my first claim with Lemonade. It was just for a routine vet visit with blood work, shots and a check up. I filed the claim sitting in traffic - on a Saturday - on my way home from the vet & I was helped and my claim approved almost instantly. It was so quick and easy, I was shocked. This sounds like a paid for review, but I promise it’s not - they paid for everything except her pre-existing condition needs, which was expected. I definitely don’t regret buying pet insurance and had been on the fence for years. Glad I found lemonade!

Very fast & clear on submission of claim
I had trouble figuring out where to put my Veterinary clinic on my dogs information page but was able to do it once I filled out a request for reimbursement. The person I chatted with was not clear on this procedure but otherwise helpful.
