Wonderful company
I'm so thankful to have my little doggie's insurance through Healthy Paws. Soon after getting her covered she had to spend 3 nights in the hospital due to developing an allergy to her heartworm medicine. The bill was quite expensive, but Healthy Paws processed the many claims quickly. Now my little rescue doggie is sick again with a chronic illness. I just can't believe it. :-( Being absolutely heartbroken, Healthy Paws has also quickly paid the claims again which, although still devastated, I don't have to be quite so stressed out. Forever grateful to this company. Truly blessed and thankful.

I can’t thank you enough for processing our claim so quickly. Ranger had to have an ACL done and 1 week after the surgery our claim was approved and we were reimbursed. They even sent an email to check on him. That’s what I call a caring pet insurance with excellent customer service! Thank you again.

The Best!
I have been with Healthy Paws since 2017. I actually have 2 dogs. The other is a micro doodle. This insurance is amazing! My Ridgeback developed a disorder, which has led her to be on 2 medications. Without fail, every time I submit the claim, I am reimbursed within 2 days. She also had a dental cleaning, where they found a cracked tooth, which needed to be extracted, and they paid 100% of the $1400 bill. I am so pleased with this insurance.

Best decision I’ve made
The wait time to start the plan was a little long and I had to follow up to make sure it was active and the first claim took a bit longer because I had to set up the process to receive the funds but after that all other claims were processed quickly and the payments were very quick. All communication has been great. I would have given a 5 if the customer onboarding was a bit better.

It's soooo Easy.
I find Lemonade so easy to work with. You get reimbursed within 24 hours and it's great and so easy for as busy as I am. I absolutely recommend their coverage and appreciate their service.

Great insurance company
I have 3 dogs. So you know how many claims I am submitting. Met Life is everything I expected. Customer service helped me with my first submissions. Once you understand their system, everything is a go. I don't think people understand 10-15 days is business days not calendar.. Payment is easy after setting up how you want to receive payment. Thank you Met Life. It takes a lot of worry off me if something goes wrong. The only thing I wish is, a way for Met Life to pay vet at time of visit, so its not such a hard hit on the pocket.

Insurance works!
I've had this insurance for my dog for about a year now. So far, it has covered 2 annual exams and one emergency visit. Submitting a claim is easy but must be done on your phone (so if you're not technically savvy it may present challenges). Payment is quick and directly to my attached bank account so no waiting around for checks to deposit. On top of that, they cover my veterinary clinic, which I love, so all the better. Definitely worth checking into if you have pets.

MetLife Pet Insurance has been so easy to work with. If you take a photo of your paperwork and send it to them, you can get your claim filed very quickly. They usually have a response in just a few days and will deposit the reimbursement directly into your bank. If you have any questions, I have consistently been able to reach a live person on the phone who has been able to answer all questions. Very happy we have pet insurance through this company!
