Maybe I got lucky....
I was reading some of the previous reviews and was a little stunned to see how bad they were. I bought pet insurance for my dogs and was delighted to discover that they have a family plan at MetLife which is cheaper and it enables me to get unlimited coverage. We're always hoping we don't need insurance but I did. I had a $6,200 bill for Max and I thought this is going to take a while because it's a new insurance company for us they're going to have to get all of his old records review everything.. I was prepared to wait while my credit cards gained interest. Much to my astonishment my claim was paid today just one week later after the incident and probably 6 days after filing. I didn't have to fight with anyone they covered everything they said they would and the payment was in my bank account less than an hour after I chose my method of payment. I'm so very pleased but I'm a little scared because of all the bad reviews I've read. At this point though I can only recommend MetLife, they have done a really good job for us

Couldn’t be easier
I recently took my puppy for one of the many puppy visits needed. Rather than being an annoyance it is such a wonderful experience. My vet, DrPalin, and staff are AMAZING. Vey let kind, efficient and trustworthy. I was not looking forward to dealing with making a claim, but Lemonade made it quick and easy. Simple to claim, received my approval same day and funds sent same day. Love the experience. Makes taking care of my puppy fun! Thank you!!!

Amazing!
Lemonade is amazing- submitting a claim is so easy and they walk you through each step. The final result of the claims are fast and thoroughly explained, and when a claim is approved, they deposit the money right into your bank account in a couple days! Any questions I’ve had were answered quickly and thoroughly and I love knowing my pups health is covered by them.

Petsbest Has Gone Downhill
Petsbest use to be amazing. However, I am not struggling to have them pay. The claim was approved with a statement of how much they would pay. However, the money has not been deposited and every time I call Petsbest I am told to wait a few more business days. Every time I talk to someone I am given a different excuse as to why they haven’t paid. I use to recommend Petsbest but I will not recommend them anymore.

Life saver
My dog got sick and diagnosed with MUE, scary stuff for us and her. I'm thankful I have Pets Best for these scary times, they made filing a claim easy and informed me right away they received my claim. The only part I feel takes too long is the payout time. Once the EOB is sent I feel the payment should begin processing being that I had to borrow to pay the vet and now need to repay those debts so a fast turn around would be less stressful in a time that I'm already fully stressed. Other than that I have no problems with Pest Best and already have recommended them to several friends and family that have pets.

Help with Ease
I’m so impressed with Lemonade Insurance for my cat! He became sick over a weekend and took him to the vet on Monday. Was totally shocked by the bill when I left the vets. Immediately filed a claim and thankfully got a fair share of the outrageous bill back immediately. This insurance company far exceeded my expectations and with ease! I’m so thankful to have covered my cat through Lemonade!
