Run Far Away from Metlife Pet Insurance
Over a month and still haven't received the approved claim funds in over a month. They said they would Zelle on November 16 but still haven't. Later they said it would be deposited in to my bank account within 1-3 business days but haven't. I've spoken to Customer Service several times but no resolution yet.

Simply the Best!!!
Trupanion is the best, they can pay the Vet before you even leave the office. I always have this done, especially if it is a very expensive invoice. You just have to pay the 10% to the Vet. Very handy, especially if you don't have enough funds on hand to pay your portion of the bill.

between the vets quick action and trupanions quick response we only had to pay 1,000.00 towards saving our pets life. our vet recommended getting trupanion pet insurance when we first brought him in for his first checkup. we have no regrets at all. thank you very much m stan beck

Fast, amazing service!
My cat became sick and needed a catheter put in, unfortunately the plan didn’t go as it was supposed to so he needed emergency 24h care at a 24h clinic, all of this amounted to a lot more money that I was expecting! One phone call was enough to ease my mind that my plan would cover a big chunk of it, and in just a few days I received the payment and my cat is home and doing great! Beautiful feeling!
