My cat had to go to the vet due to blockage. It was a tremendously stressful week… he had to go to the vet Wednesday and Thursday. Then the animal hospital Friday and my cat had to be watched overnight. Trupanion made a terrible situation better by quickly clearing 3 claims made that week, on the spot at the clinics. I only had to pay a 1/3 of the vet bills. He is now home and healthy!

DO NOT GO WITH SONNET
DO NOT GO WITH SONNET! This has been one of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had with an insurance company. It takes forever to talk to a person and then when you do, they just gaslight you. I cancelled my policy and they still charged me $300 for 3 days of coverage? Then when I asked to refund that, they refused.

At this point I’m disappointed in Embrace. I’ve had the policy for 9 months and have not received a cent of repayment yet have paid monthly premiums. My account at ASLCA on a for met pet was much easier to navigate and prompt in payment.
