I cancelled- Fetch still requesting medical records directly from vet
I never had a claim. I found some language in the contract that I didn't like. I cancelled within a couple of weeks. Got my refund. I was perfectly happy. Now, a month later, I am getting emails from Fetch saying they are getting records from my vet. Why are they getting records about a dog that they don't even cover? I will be watching my accounts closely- they better not try to keep billing me.

Metlife has been great, the app is so easy to submit claims and payments arrive usually in less than 10 days! Any time Ive called customer service they are friendly and helpful with calls taking less than 5 minutes.

Inconvenient, Suspicious, and Poorly Designed
Payment date was moved without consultation. Horribly inconvenient when you're trying to pay, cancel, and move on. Website is designed horribly, no option to cancel without getting ahold of them directly, phone number links to a robot and asks for an extension that I was never given and isn't in the app. Makes me feel like I'm not allowed to leave, worries me that I will not be able to get this fixed and will be paying for 2 policies at once. I Just want a section where I can put in my card, pay it off, and leave.

I filed my first claim after 2 years of coverage. There is a LONG delay in receiving reimbursement and website is cumbersome and confusing. I keep receiving emails ‘apologizing for the delay’ but no explanation about why it’s taking so long.

Charged for 4 months instead of 2 months advance payment
While buying the auto & tenant insurance, I was told that I need to make 2 months of advance payment. However, my CC was charged twice and I was made to pay 4 months of advance payment. On reaching customer care on chat, they were reluctant to check and resolve the issue. Rather than, they were pressing the fact that the payments for balanced months has been adjusted accordingly. Sonnet needs to understand that they need to adhere to their commitment while making purchase of the policy.
