Healthy Paws has been our furry companions insurance for over 10 years and with a couple of dogs. Everyone we have dealt with has been very compassionate and helpful. I would highly recommend it to everyone. The quality of care, ease of filing a claim and receiving payment is amazing!

Paid hundreds instead of thousands of $$!
MetLife pet insurance has saved my family so much money and has been pretty easy to work with. Upload documentation online or through the app and receive reimbursement. My dog has had her ACL replaced (a $4,000 surgery) and also had a cancerous tumor removed (around $2,000), plus another cancer scare and thanks to pet insurance, we paid only a fraction of the cost!

Great until the renewal hike
Never had an issue with a claim. Both claims I've submitted have been processed within a week. However, the yearly hike in monthly payment has been a big downside. It feels like being punished for staying a customer. I asked for a quote as if I were a new customer and the price was much lower. Pretty disappointing

Healthy Paws has always been excellent to us & our many, many, rescued & adopted pets insured by them since 2017! Good communication, quick turnaround times, easy upload process, reasonable about claims, even when we've had more claims in 1 year vs another (due to senior dogs being sick)... Thank you HP!
