Frustrated
Frustrated. There was a problem with my payment. I called to get reinstated. The 1st agent I spoke with was very confused and gave mixed communication so my plan wound up never being reinstated. I called again today because i saw it was still cancelled. they said it was never pushed through. there was a still a missing payment even though the 1st agent said i was good. I told the agent today that I wanted to use a different card for today's payment and she said ok then she processed using the old card. Agents don't listen.

Claims that are easy to process
I love that they connect directly with my Vet and when you have a claim it is so easy they submit bill to you guys you make your determination and pay vet directly and then I pay my deductible and my 10% of the bill. This makes it so much easier. I have all my dogs insured so when there is a claim it is so easy for the pet owner.

The process to file a claim is easy, to the point. And the amount of time to receive a reply on the claim is fast. Receive payment directly to my bank account. Fourteen years with Pets Best and it has always come through. They do exactly what they said they would (coverage)

The customer service is good, people work hard to help. One annoying thing the check payments come from a separate business, rather than metlife directly.
