Customer service was great

Customer service was great! However somehow my phone number was not on my profile so instead of emailing me they just didnt contact me to let me know. My payment back to me is now delayed.

I have had multiple claims in the past…

I have had multiple claims in the past 4 years for my cockapoo , Kelsey. I have never had any problems getting my payment. I am so happy I purchase this insurance if not I would be very hard pressed for money to pay for her to have care.

App is broken

App is broken. Spent a long time attempting to file my first claim and finally was able to do so on the desktop app. I had Pets Best in the past and may consider switching back to them because it’s very glitchy and there isn’t a way to upload anything under the wellness plan. The interface with Pets Best was easier and they had a working app.

Pets Best js AWESOME

I recently filed 2 claims one for a vet visit and one for flea treatment medication. One needed some explanation but it waa easily done. The checks arrived promptly.. i highly recommend Pets Best !!!
