Good experience!
I was transferred from PC Pet Insurance to Pets Plus Us. It was seamless. I've made several claims since the changeover (some large claims) and they are managed efficiently and accurately. My vet submits the claims, I receive notice via email the next couple of days and I receive payment within a week or so via direct deposit. When I've emailed Pets Plus Us directly, I have my answer within a couple of days which works for me. No problems here!

I’m happy with Nationwide. Claims could be processed a little faster. I had 2 claims about one month a part and the first one sat in the queue and when the second one was submitted they both were processed quickly.

ASCPA pet insurance is fantastic
I filed a claim for a leg injury on Thursday March 14,2019 and I received my direct deposit on Thursday March 21st. I was totally shocked this was processed and the claim was paid in a weeks time. The claim form was easy to fill out, I uploaded it and sent it in. I have always been kind of leery about pet insurance because of the horror stories I have read and heard about claims not being paid, but ASCPA took those fears away. Totally committed to this insurance company for my pets illness and injury coverage

Stallone the Bulldog
I would totally recommend Nationwide pet insurance. My dog Stallone has had some bad luck this past month. After just two weeks of him being injured with his paw and having high bills at the vet. He ate something that caused him an intestinal infection and was very sick. The very day I came home with him from the vet I already had received my refund from him being injured two weeks earlier. Having that refund in mail after just paying a very high bill again at the vet that very day was a huge relief. Thank you Nationwide. If we didn't have this pet insurance this month was going to be a very month financially. Knowing how much a pet can cost you that you love and just want to feel better and getting that help like this is amazing. Every penny counts with helping make it a less horrible experience for the owner who just wants their pet back to himself not suffering. So thank you again.

Excellent response time!
Our cat, Mr. Sox, needed blood work done prior to his teeth being scaled/cleaned; I submitted the invoice and received the claims payment via Direct Deposit for the blood work within a few days! Excellent response time!

My dog has better insurance than I do
I had only had my insurance for a little over a month when my dog slipped while outside on some ice and injured on of his back legs. I was able to go to the vet of my choice and I submitted an initial claim of over $1000. for a consultation exam, x-rays, and anti-inflammatories. My claim was processed and 90% of it was paid for and in my account in under 10 days. I called and made sure I was clear on all the information and materials I would need to file an online claim and it was painless and extremely fair. I wish my own health care was this easy and fair. My pet will be undergoing physical therapy and acupuncture and Hartville will reimburse for that as well. I am so pleased I tell everyone Thanks so much
