Pulling Teeth Withouth the Fun
I adopted my Dogs at the local humane society and they were pushing MetLife Pet insurance with their welcome packet. I knew insurance was a good idea so I got a decent plan and thought I was good. Wrong, filing anything and trying to get a correct "Explanation of Benefits" where they detail how they "honor" your vet charges is like pulling teeth. Had a scare on the first week where one dog decided to eat a leather toy at night and had an ER trip and the filing was awful. I gave the entire adoption history with the vet notes and they denied the claim because I was missing 6 years of medical history on a dog I adopted 2 weeks ago. Not to mention the company is setup so you cant actually contact anyone on the claims team who could simply correct the the fumbled information, you have to contact a dedicated customer service rep. who can email the claims team for you and "contact" you in a week when they hear back or you have to fill out an appeal form that has your vets signature and stamp on it (yes a stamp.) Sure, one time would be bad but its like the claims team is either toddlers or is in India because they cant report the right vet visit dates or read the receipts that say what the vet has or has not prescribed. I think they have fallen to a new level of dysfunction and I'm joining a new company at the end of my plan. PET OWNERS BEWARE 2024.

Amazing Insurer
This is the best insurer of any kind i've ever worked with. Claims are dealt with expeditiously and fairly.Have had my dog enrolled for past 11 years and shes been a diabetic for past 3.
ASCPA delivered 100%
a couple of years after purchasing insurance from ASCPA, Sam was diagnosed the cancer. ASCPA paid every claim up to the limits of the policy and filing was as easy as scanning invoice and attaching it to short online claim form. They renewed during treatments with no repercussions. So glad I purchased the insurance.

We got a quick help from Pets plus Us company when our dog got sick and needed expensive tests and medicine, we sent a claim and less than a week after we got an amount that 50% covered our huge expenses. It was such a relief! and just on time! now our dog is fine, and we are really happy:)) we thank you sincerely!

There are no words to describe how well I was treated when my dog suffered a severe spinal injury a few weeks ago The customer service at Healthy Paws was beyond compare They went above and beyond to be helpful and compassionate I cannot thank them enough
Ridiculous
We've been with fetch for 6 years since our dog came home. The rates have quadrupled over.6 years. The rates have nothing to do with our use. This year they went up 500$ despite no claims in 2 years. We started off paying about 65$/month and with the recent increase it is now 245$. You are 100% better off just making yourself a saving account. We've paid this company more than. 10000$ with about a 400$ use once. So ridiculous. The customer service is terrible and unable to provide any assistance.

Worst service/ product
I've had Fetch Pet Insurance for over a year and there has been an issue with literally every step of the process I've experienced with them. The app does not upload my documents so I constantly have to contact support, the customer support is a maddening chatbot, and when I had to make a claim the insurance provider incorrectly read the vet report and I had to dispute it several times for them to correct it. It takes me hours to do any simple task from updating information to understanding my policy. Not worth it. I'm going to switch.

Wonderful insurance for your furry family member!
Healthy Paws is a solid choice for an insurance plan for your treasured friend. The app interface on the website is extremely easy to use, claim documents are reviewed quickly, and they are clear and supportive with their communication. I am pleasantly surprised by the caliber of service that I have received from Healthy Paws for Biscuit. We will be continuing our membership!

Great and Kind Service
My dog experienced a health emergency. Within three days of submitting a claim for the vet services, Healthy Paws had approved the claim and sent the direct deposit to my bank account (that I had previously set up in their portal). Great service! A couple days later, they continued to impress me by sending an email inquiring about my dog's health. I was somewhat surprised by this kind email and very happy to report that my dog had recovered. So happy we chose Healthy Paws from the many pet insurance companies available.
