Do Not Embrace Embrace

I am so displeased with Embrace that I considered reporting it to their state's insurance board. As far as I garner, they have a very sophisticated bait and switch program. I changed the policies of my dogs as they aged; Embrace claims they have not record. Embrace increase the yearly cost without personal notification. A text is not a proper notification. Then after they raise your deduction amount, the have a 60 day waiting period from the renewal date. Who remembers what date they signed up? Again, where is the notification? It has cost me over $300 a month to ensure my dogs and yet Embrace has not covered one expense. They keep raising the deduction without proper notification. I assure you that I would never carry a $1000 deduction and a $10,000 coverage on a senior dog. Embrace is so insulated that it is almost impossible to contact them; there is no email address and if you try to call, be prepared for a very long wait.I finally got through to a young woman who offered explanations that were less than satisfactory. I feel that Embrace's honesty is edgy. I warned the young lady to whom I spoke, do not drop my policy until notified. Also, I found after much research an email. I have not heard back from Embrace. insure

wishing i could give 0 stars

We have never missed a payment--Placed a claim for a cruciate tear surgery and after weeks of diligently sending Pets best every article of history, payment history ect that they requested in a very timely manner they denied the claim stating it was a preexisting condition-- my dog suffered from necrotizing fascitis aka a septic joint and was NEVER diagnosed with a cruciate tear in that leg...This is definitely disappointing considering i've been with their partner Progressive for YEARS and never had a problem with their partner. I would definitely go with another company in the future.

Worst Pet Insurance Ever!

Pets Best is the worst insurance ever. They constantly deny legit claims. Their CS is terrible. They take for ever if there is a claim they have to pay. Do not EVER buy this insurance.

So Impressive!

WOW! So impressed Healthy Paws is inquiring about my precious Oliver. He is the love of my life & can’t imagine losing him. Seems he never gets a break!! He, so far on chemo, is doing well. We go this Weds for more bldwrk & exam. UCDAVIS has looked everywhere for the main tumor but cannot find it. It’s an aggressive cancer & I’ve asked the vets not to tell me the odds for how long I’ll have him. It’s very sad 😢 The very best thing I’ve done was to put pet insurance on all my cats & now my new puppy. Thank you SO much for the speedy reimbursements. I’ve told so many people about HEALTHY PAWS. I love you guys so much and it warms my heart you asked about him. MUCH APPRECIATED ❣️

Quick, Easy, great pet insurance!

i honestly thought this was a waste when we signed up for it. however, we have made a couple of claims and everything has gone just fine! they have covered what they say they will cover. here's a tip for some people on here. ACTUALLY READ your documents! if you provide the requested information how they need it, you will not have any surprises. simply ask your vet for the SOAP notes, attach it with your receipt and PROOF that you actually paid for it and you will be fine. sure, there is a waiting period....its outlined in the plan documents along with pre-existing conditions. Here's another tip! get your pet seen by a vet after getting the insurance for a complete checkup. that way you and everyone else will know what conditions already exist. In fact, MetLife even SUGGESTS this from the beginning. READ and follow instructions and you are good to go. i have no complaints. claims process is super easy. download app, use app to take pictures of receipts, upload SOAP notes, let them do their jobs, app will update you on progress. done.

Great service

I adopted my Meow in March from a private party who said she was in great shape other than needing one updated shot. I immediately set her up with a veterinary clinic and purchased a Met Life insurance policy. After giving her a few weeks to adjust to her new home I took her in for a complete examination and was told she was healthy but needed her teeth cleaned and a couple extractions. When they sedated her for the teeth cleaning and extractions they discovered she had resorptive dental lesions throughout her mouth, a very painful condition, and would need to have a full mouth tooth extraction which must be done by a dental specialist. Now that she is no longer in pain she acts like a kitten even though she is 6 years old. The total for everything came to over $6,000 dollars and Met Life covered 80% after the small deductible. The claim was handled promptly and the Met Life employees were courteous and very helpful. I’m so thankful l have Met Life coverage for my Meow.
