MetLife Pet Insurance is the best!! I recently had to take our dog to the vet for dental surgery, and our claim was submitted and approved and finalized within 10 days with the online MetLife app. We are so grateful to have our pup with MetLife Pet. Honestly amazing customer service experience with every representative we spoke too🙏🏼 Thanks for making this process so easy and efficient. Much Appreciated

Our first experience with pet…
Our first experience with pet insurance. Glad we made the decision to insure our two kittens as one incurred a serious issue requiring weekend emergency surgery. Claim process was straight forward and completed in 2 weeks by direct deposit payment. No surprises and customer service personnel are excellent.

WORST PET INSURANCE COMPANY EVER. STAY AWAY.
I am absolutely done with this endless incompetence. This keeps happening, over and over, and I am sick of chasing you to fix a problem that should have been handled correctly the first time, MANY, MANY YEARS AGO. Your so-called “support” is a nightmare—delays, excuses, and complete ineptitude at every turn. Fix the damn problem already! I will continue to make my situation known to others, showing just how inept you all are. Customers deserve solutions, not endless frustration. Enough is enough. Your repeated failures are unacceptable, and your negligence speaks volumes. This is beyond infuriating. Mic. Drop.
