MetLife Pet Insurance has been a lifesaver for me and my dog. I wasn’t sure how much I’d actually use it, but my dog had an unexpected health issue, and the claims process was simple. I submitted my paperwork online and it was approved in days. I was reimbursed within an hour through Zelle.

Easy to file claims
Easy to file claims, easy to track claim status, the app is good it shows you so much about your pet. Only complaint is how long it takes to process claims, they should drop the 5 from 5 to 10 business days and make it 10 business days, most claims take a while to process. Otherwise all positive with MetLife Pet insurance!!
