the agents are friendly and try and help with problems caused by the company. Tesha however is terrific and solves all issues . I HAVE COMPLAINED FOREVER THOTHAT THE CHECKS SHOULDHAVE THE PET NAME AND THE DATE OF SERVICE ON IT-ITIS VERY CONFUSING WHEN ONE HAS 4 DOGS.
