Highly Recommend Healthy Paws - insured since 2011
I don't usually leave online reviews for products and services, but I rave about Healthy Paws to everyone in my life. I've been with them since 2011 and have had numerous pets covered with them. They have been a spectacular insurance company. I cannot recommend them enough. Never had an issue with coverage, fast reimbursement, and stellar customer service. If only all insurance companies acted this way.

Note of heartfelt thanks
I wanted to send a note of heartfelt thanks as a longtime Fetch policyholder for my dog. Every time we faced a medical situation, Fetch consistently covered everything according to the policy. My dog underwent multiple surgeries and radiation treatments, and most recently, we lost her to liver cancer. During such a difficult time of grief and loss, having our final claim approved was a tremendous relief. Better than any other options
I have used other insurances in the past and MetLife has been the best option so far. Every customer service person I’ve spoken to is helpful and kind. And yes, MetLife actually does reimburse you for what they say. Where as other insurances I have used make it VERY difficult.

Unhappy claim handling
To much back and forth to get a simple claim paid in a timely manner. Question after question. Needed proof that I canceled a previous policy from a different carrier. Why should that even matter. I had also recieved a note about pre existing condition. After 4 messages back and getting the proof of the canceled policy it finally went through. I can say that everyone I spoke with was nice and I was not which is not like me but I was ready to cancel and try another company but hopefully things will now go smoother.
