Easy and Quick Claims + Excellent Customer Service
Pet’s Best really took care of me with my previous two senior dogs, which is why I am a returning customer after adopting two kittens. The claims process is easy, painless, and quick. Customer service support is always exceptional. Highly recommend!

Excellent Pet Insurance company
Pets Best paid our bills promptly helping us to concentrate on trying to get our dog back to being healthy and eliminating the stress of having to pay the Drs. bills. I 100% recommend Pets Best, in addition, I adv used my daughter who now has both her dogs insured by Pets Best. I will continue to suggest to anyone who owns a pet to be insured by PETS BEST.

I filed my claims in May 28, 2025 and received my first payment 6/23/2025. I understand the company had to get in touch with the vet about the claim, therefore; I understand the length of time. Why I love MetLife
Claims are extremely easy to submit. Your claim is reviewed in a timely manner and reimbursed directly to your bank account. Any questions I have had have been answered completely and to my satisfaction. Support personnel are knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. My only complaint is MetLife doesn’t offer horse insurance! MetLife has made my life and Finian’s so much easier. They offer a wide variety of plans at an affordable rate.

Great Insurance and Customer Service
So impressed with Fetch Insurance, The coverage was great, premiums were good, claims processing was quick and customer service was tops. Would recommend to anyone, especially to first time pet owners like we were. Unfortunately, our sweet puppy had a major heart defect which ended his life at 7 months and the costs for his care were quite high. The coverage and customer service during this difficult time were tremendous.

Hartville Really Helped!
We have multiple cats and each have coverage through Hartville. When our sweet Millie had an emergency vet visit due to complications with her FeLV diagnosis, Hartville swiftly processed the claim and provided the reimbursement we needed. I’ve had other pet insurance before and Hartville is the only company to truly care and cover what is needed. Thank you Hartville!
