I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Nationwide pet insurance to anyone asking me a recommendation.
Nationwide was recommended to me by a friend one year ago! My Amelia Blaze has been to the vet numerous times and also to specialists. Nationwide honored the claims, were timely with payments, and sent several emails inquiring as to her condition. I am very happy, to date, with Amelia's health care coverage through Nationwide. Very timely claims processing!!
I have had my Maltipoo enrolled with Embrace's Wellness & Pet Insurance since September 2015 and have nothing but a VERY pleasant experience from the friendliness of the Embrace staff when calling customer service to very timely responses to e-mail inquiries and most of all -- very timely turnaround time with claim reimbursement. This is, by far, the best pet insurance I have come across in terms of coverage, cost & excellent service!

Not only does Healthy Paws process my claims quickly; after one of my "kid's" recent surgery, they also followed up to see how he was doing; that's going the extra mile! Every member of Healthy Paws that I contact is very courteous and knowledgeable. Having Healthy Paws for both my "kids" gives us great peace of mind that we can provide any necessary care they may need. I love the Healthy Paws website, too! I can check on the status of my claims and even make changes to my coverage, and more. Also, I just set up direct deposit for my claims reimbursement. There for me every step of the way, never let us down.
I purchased this pet insurance the moment I rescued my dog 15 years ago. I wanted to make sure I could always take care of him and don't have deep pockets. Insurance was the most sensible answer for me. Was an excellent decision as Chandler has needed medical attention at times and some were quite costly (i.e. was attacked by a pit and at age 14 was diagnosed with thrombocytopenia, an auto-immune disorder ). Nationwide always paid promptly and their support and customer service has been remarkable. I can depend on them to be there for us. Interesting this review came across my desk today as just this morning I was thinking how grateful I am and was going to write them to say thank you. Chandler would not be with me today without them. He is the dearest dog and a treasure, so caring for him has been and remains paramount to me. He is now 16! Wish I could attach his picture!

Reliable and Efficient
Nationwide have been great to work with. Claims are processed readily and efficiently. I’d love an upload online feature rather than emailing claim documents but that’s a minor consideration. We feel our claims have all been treated with fairness. And the direct deposit process is great!

Nationwide Pet Insurance is above all the rest ! My dog Shadow has been insured by this company for 8 years and they truly do care about my pet. My dog had two extensive surgeries and while I was worried about the financial aspect of cost, i was more worried about my pet. They not only covered the cost of my dogs procedures but Nationwide insurance kept in touch and in regard to how my dog was doing. I love the fact that they send her a birthday card too !! This company is kind and compassionate about all of Shadow's/my needs in insuring she has a long and healthy life. Thank You Nationwide Pet Insurance !
