Love Trupanion!
I’ve been extremely satisfied since I got Trupanion coverage for my puppy. The claims process is super easy and when I need to call they are always super friendly!

So far I can't complain
I got trupanion because a friend of mine had it & their dog got cancer & I was shocked to see that they were paying their claims. I had pet insurance several years ago with another company & after several years I had to put in a claim & they literally paid me back peanuts. So far I've been pleased with the small claims that I've sent in & they have paid.

Great customer service
I have been particularly pleased with the customer service! I filed a claim for my pup and days later there was a kind follow-up to see how he was doing. I also appreciated the ability to upload my bill on the phone app and process payment so much quicker!

My concern with a claim was resolved within 3 days to my satisfaction.
I questioned a denial of a claim made in November. After sending additional information to Embrace my concern was resolved in a positive manner.

Very easy to file a claim and get reimbursed.
Filing the claim was very easy. I used the app and uploaded the picture of the vet bill. They emailed me back to let me know they received the claim. I could track the process of the claim and reimbursement on the app. They even called me to see how my dog was doing.

Embrace allowed us to get lifesaving care
Embrace has been the best customer service experience we have ever dealt with, period. They are quick and efficient, extremely fair in their claims process, and overall the easiest part of managing major medicinal issues for our boxer boy. Our dog was 8 months old and diagnosed with Steroid Responsive Meningitis Arteritis. Without immediate care and months of medication, he would have died, but thanks to our vets, care credit and embrace, we have weathered the initial diagnosis and one relapse and still have a healthy, happy; typical boxer pup. The claims process is simple and the reimbursement process quick and easy. We were only denied one claim - for diarrhea, because we had seen the vet for diarrhea during the waiting period so it was deemed pre-existing. I don’t agree with that, but given their quickness to reimburse every other multi-thousand dollar claim, I can’t complain. The other WONDERFUL thing about embrace is they will not drop you for claims! Premium renewals and pricing are not based on whether or not you made claims, which means we have the security of having insurance for our dog even if he relapses again.
