Best Reimbursements
Our dog was attacked by a friend's golden retriever recently and ruptured a disk in his back. Healthy Paws has been amazing throughout this ordeal and we tell everyone who asks that pet insurance is a necessity and that Healthy Paws is top-notch. They pay their claims in a timely manner and show concern for your pet. We are beyond thankful that we were able to get him the care that he needed.

Great staff
The rep understood was patient and help me through I felt pretty silly after that all it was an email with my photos to the claim dept. She told me not to worry! I went into a complete brain fog my mind was on my pet! She was very kind and understanding 10stars not enough thoughtfulness is what every pet owner needs from your company that is exactly what I got . Way to go !!! One happy customer!
