While the customer service is very nice, whoever is working the claim behind the scene is causing a lot of issues. Every claim I submit there seems to be a rebuttal and more work required. It seems like they’re doing everything not to pay my claims. In addition, the premium went up $100 a month, which is steep after just one year.

They are disorganized
They are disorganized, their app is missing critical features like explanations of claim decisions, and you need to call multiple times to follow up with them. They will base denials not on vet's guidance or treatment. Not really worth paying for premiums. I wish I had signed with a difference insurance provider.

you guys are great. Easy functionality and app experience. Love that you lower the deductible as a reward for low usage of the plan at the end of slow years. I keep wondering if I should add my older dog to the plan but I am concern that with her priors she might not get a lot of coverage. But will be reaching out to inquire. Thank you!
