Quick and easy! Claims are always responded to within about 24 hours and service is good. I've also used the 24/7 nurse chat a couple of times for peace of mind and it's a great benefit. Overall, I'm happy with Prudent Pet.

Fast Claim Completion/ Reimbursement
Prudent was quick with responses and needed information in order to smoothly complete the claim. Must note you have to have a medical visit within a year of a claim otherwise it will not be approved.

Pets Best Has Helped Me A Lot
I have been told by many people that pet insurance wasn't worth it but I can never take a chance on my dog's care. I got him Pets Best since he was 4 yrs old I never used it until this year, four years after, when he got very sick and had to be admitted at an ICU. I'm so grateful to have Pets Best bec I didn't have to second guess any recommended treatment, any follow up treatment. Now he's doing a lot better but still need constant follow up and meds. I would not be able to do this and may have to make a decision I wouldn't want to if it was not for Pets Best. Thank you so much!
