I cannot believe how great the customer…

I cannot believe how great the customer service was, Xena, who helped me so much was nothing less than great. Submitting a claim on the Embrace website was super easy. Not sure it’s always this fast, but I submitted I think 8 claims and they were processed in less than 90 minutes! Why can’t human insurance go this smoothly?

This review is based upon our initial interactions with customer service representative Heather. Our 3 year old border collie has been insured through Embrace since he was 4 months old. He has been an outstandingly fit, robustly healthy, and energetic dog. This summer he suddenly developed a skin rash which set off a cascade of increasingly miserable skin conditions still under treatment. This will be our first experience filing claims because all prior vet bills have been wellness related, and considerably under the deductible. We'll see how the claims process goes and review that experience here on Trust Pilot.

Pumpkin is the best decision I made for my pet…

Pumpkin has been the best decision I made for my pet. My dog had to undergo multiple surgeries and Pumpkin helped us with all of that and the process of submitting a claim and reimbursement is so easy and efficient.

Embrace is easy to use

Embrace is easy to use, quick to respond, and generally quite clear about what they will cover. No issues other than if you miss the cut-off date (contract date).......just be sure to know when you need to submit!!
