I have been more than happy with pets best insurance my dog Sasha was a very healthy dog and I got the insurance from a recommendation for my chiropractor and 6 or 7 months later when he was a young dog still he developed diabetes and it developed into a process of many different doctors visits a whole different bunch of test and x-rays and a whole conglomerate of situations ranging to cataract surgery to hospital stays Etc and pets best has been more than wonderful taking care of everything I'm more than happy with the care they've provided as far as paying for his unexpected health issues I highly recommend them they've been wonderful and I think it was a blessing that I was able to have them prior to his diagnosis.
PetsBest is aptly named! It is the BEST for my pet.
Unfortunately I once again had to use Murfee's PetsBest insurance. Murfee at some people food that had a tiny amount of onion powder and garlic powder in it but it was enough for her to become very ill. Murfee was in the ER for 2 nights so we had quite the hefty bill. PetsBest came through for us once again with flying colors. I submitted all the vet records from the ER and after doing their due diligence PB paid their 90% no questions asked. I totally hate that we have had multiple claims this year but I totally love that PetsBest has come through for us each time. What a blessing it is to know that I will always be able to afford the best possible veterinary care for my beloved pup."

Worth Every Penny
I will forever be greatful for Pets Best team. They helped me make my Dobermans last month happy. He was diagnosed with DCM soon after he turned 3. for 8-9 months if it was not for pets best insurance I would not have been able to efford everything he needed. The turnaround on the claim process was very quick. the claim process itself was very easy and straight forward. He passed away couple of days after turning 4 and the only thing that helped me get through the grief was the fact that I knew with the help of pets best insurance we did everything possible to make his last couple of months as happy as possible. Thank you Pets Best from the bottom of my heart. I have recommended this insurance to all of my friends and will definitely get it myself again as soon as my next family member arrives.

"We have had a good experience with Pets Best. When we were looking for Pet Insurance last January for our Bentley...A English Cream Golden, we did quite a bit of research on the different insurances available to us and decided on Pets Best because of the selection of choices offered to choose from, as well as the positive reviews and we felt the cost was reseasonable. We have had to make claims a couple of times during this first year and are very happy with the claim process and turnabout time for reimbursement. Bentley is not our first pet, but insurance for a pet is. At this point we will probably continue with Pets Best. Of course we hope we will not need to submit anymore claims over the years but we feel so much better knowing that if we do, we can recoup some of the cost because Vet care is so expensive! i will end by saying that customer support is super!"

Customer service outstanding. Spend the extra money upfront and get the comprehensive plan. Take out the max with all benefits. Took my 2 German shepherds 8 weeks old and 10 weeks old to my lifetime veterinarian for their first visit . Received almost every penny back.
Easy Process During a Difficult Time
Unfortunately my amazing Greyhound passed away just short of his sixth birthday. He was hospitalized for three days and the amazing team at the animal hospital did all they could to save him. I had insurance on Sully for just this type of situation. Without insurance, I would have had to make a difficult decision about continuing care due to the cost. I was concerned that due to the large claim, the insurance process would be drawn out and complicated. I was wrong. I uploaded all of Sully's medical records and billing information into the Pets Best online platform. All the claims were paid without any further questions. It was great to not have to go through a long, difficult claims process during a very difficult time. Thank you so much!

My 4 year old dog was diagnosed with cancer. Pets plus us has been there with us through every step. I wouldn’t have been able to keep my baby boy alive if it wasn’t for pets plus us. I can thank them enough for being such a remarkable and caring company. I will forever be a loyal client.
Pets Best humans great, machine recognition not so much
On last claim euthanize was listed as a non-covered food by the computer. I have experienced similar recognition with other claims. However, once I talk to the Pets Best humans, everything is great. Folks are friendly, competent and the nonsense is fixed immediately. Of special note is phone answering times- they have gone down by 90% in the past year. All I need is a box on the claim forms: "HUMAN PROCESSING ONLY". Apart from mechanical recognition issues, I am very pleased with Pets Best and all our Dobermans have been covered by them for some time."
Highly recommend Pets Best
I have been a customer of Pets Best since 2022 and have coverage for my dog, Queso. I had never filed a claim prior to this one and since it was my first time, I was nervous the process would be difficult and worried if the claim would be approved. Queso had torn his ACL and required surgery which was of course quite expensive. Thankfully, the claims process was incredibly easy, Pets Best approved the claim, and I was quickly reimbursed. The experience was fantastic and this is the exact reason why I have had coverage for Queso for many years: for a major unforeseen medical event/injury. I will always be a Pets Best customer as long as I have pets and have recommended Pets Best to many people because of this experience.
