I contemplated for years about getting pet insurance for my very healthy dog. I NEVER expected that I would have to put it to use 6 weeks after I purchased it, but my dog got very ill on Christmas Eve! Embrace made the claim filing easy and I am awaiting my check in the mail. They were very helpful and the process was easy, but I do feel bad that I did have to use it. At least my dog is totally fine today!

Efficient and kind treatment at a time of real stress
My dog was recently and quite suddenly diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. The diagnostic charges alone were about $1,700. My claim was processed within a week and I only had to pay $270 of the total charge. One of the Embrace staff also immediately answered my inquiry about coverage for in-home hospice care. We have been Embrace members for over 7 years and have always had a great, caring experience.

In my experience with this company, they are excellent, even though it took way too long to settle my claim. Called on the phone several times and spoke to friendly and knowledgeable people.

Fantastic customer service, personable and efficient.
I have always had pet insurance and my experience with a past company had me questioning whether to keep insuring my dogs. After much research and input from friends, I chose Figo and have been very happy so far. From the beginning, the customer service was exceptionable for my many questions and concerns. I highly recommend this company - even though they advertise as a cloud-maintained company, I am so impressed with every interaction I have had with this company.

Kitty Emergency with a Happy Ending
Our kitty Rokko is about 11 years old and never has issues. When he became suddenly ill overnight recently, we took him to the emergency doctor at opening of the clinic the following morning. He was diagnosed with pancreatitis, given a shot to stop vomiting and a course of pills to take. About 3 weeks are passed and he is much better. Within about 2 weeks, we also received a check from our insurer, Pets Best. So a happy outcome for everyone.
