I have been very pleased with the coverage I receive for Lambeau. Today, I was TOTALLY impressed by a follow up email to see how he was doing after a recent illness and vet visit. Thank you for taking the time to follow up. He's doing much better and I HOPE he doesn't decide to eat something bad for him again!

Claim for Cocoa's surgery
We carry accident/illness insurance for our fur baby, Cocoa. She had to have surgery for a ruptured disk in her neck. Of course, the surgery was quite expensive, and I have admit I was skeptical as to what they would actually pay, but that was for not! Our deductible was even reduced. Needless to say, I was so impressed with the ease of filing the claim, and how quickly it was processed and reimbursement sent. They kept me informed, via, email,thru the entire process, as well as posting on the portal. Customer service was great too. They quickly responded to emails I'd sent. I would highly recommend Embrace to anyone looking for pet insurance.

I have had other insurance companies ..this company is great!! My poor rocky was diagnosed with epilepsy at 21/2.. we never had a claim before .. sadly he will be on medication for the rest of his dear life and will have periodic seizures which can be life threatening.. embrace was our savior and has paid the claims no questions asked!! Thank you embrace!!

Excellent coverage when we most needed it.
