Healthy Paws cares!

Our new puppy has had quite the start to life. Cut paw and eating a foreign substance in which she had multiple vet visits and ultimately having to have an endoscopy! Healthy Paws was there all the way for us. Checking on Lucy and quickly processing our claims. Thank you to all the staff for being such a kind and wonderful insurance company for our little girl. Always able to get the care he needs.

Augie my Golden Retriever, has always been susceptible to getting growths on his body and since he had a mast cell tumor when he was young, I try to always have him evaluated and suspicious growths removed. He also has allergies that showed up when he was five. Thanks to Nationwide Insurance, I can always make sure he is taken care of and treatment is done quickly. He is now doing well, even though he had a bad reaction to sutures and needed additional treatment and care.

Thank you so much for being there to help pay the bills when it is needed most for my best friend

My dog had a small lump, which turned out to be cancerous. She underwent surgery & hopefully got it all out. The following week we were startled to find another smaller lump, which, thank goodness turned out to be a cyst. Nationwide was quick to pay out on these claims. Ever so grateful!! I hope to enjoy my best friend, Kahlua, for many years to come.

Embrace listens and understands

Wellness Rewards claim was paid exactly as expected. There were some small items on the invoice from the Vet that could have been considered medical or Rx and at my request they did not process that part of the bill. So they responded to my emails about the claim almost immediately and they processed the claim and issued payment in a reasonable time. This company is always easy to talk to and they do their best to help insured understand what is going on.

Getting reimbursed for my claim was so fast and easy!

My puppy was diagnosed with cherry eye and required an expensive surgery. I was a little nervous about the reimbursement process, but it was actually really easy! My vet ended up filling out the claim, and when it took her office a while to turn it in, Embrace actually reached out to them for me to remind them to turn the paperwork in! I got notification that the claim was covered, and received my check within a few weeks of the claim submission.

Peace of mind & superior customer service

I love embrace pet insurance. I was debating if we really needed this year, but decided to keep it. Only 3 months later our sweet 80 lb pittie mix had a partially town cruciate ligament. Our surgery was quoted at $4000 and i don’t know what on earth we would’ve done without embrace. They processed our claim same day and had the money in our account within 3 days. They emailed back with kind words and encouragement throughout the surgery process. The customer service is superior and I am a lifelong customer after this surgery experience. Highly recommend!
