Michael was able to determine very quickly that the email I'd received from Trupanion, saying that my attachments in my emailed claims were not accessible unless sent in a different format, was indeed incorrect. Much appreciated, as I'd sent them exactly as I'd sent many claims previously. Thank you, Michael.

Called in regards to concerns about placing a claim online and Alice walked me through the process and what I needed to do. Also asked her another question which I should of checked on long ago and again gave me all the information and what I needed to do now and in the future. Love Trupanion!! Medical record
Unfortunately pet parents need to get copies of their pets medical record especially if they have insurance. I took Oliver to Blue Pearl for right front and left rear lameness. Somehow the diagnosis wound up as gastroenteritis and diarrhea. When his problem did not resolve I took him to my vet for the SAME problem which she accurately noted but with the inaccurate info that Blue Pearl listed it seems as if it was a different problem. Kathleen is helping me to resolve this via an appeal.
