When my dog was bitten at the dog park I was SO grateful I had pet insurance. Filing my claim was easy, and after my claim was handled I understood the breakdown completely! My only take away was how long it took to hear back from Pets Best. I filed my claim and it took 6 days to process. I have had friends claims that were filed and taken care of faster, but if that’s my only take away I am very pleased!

awesome pet insurance!

I knew when i adopted a senior rescue dog that I should probably get insurance.. a friend raved about Embrace and her experience when her beloved cat got cancer. She was able to afford prolonged treatment that most likely wouldn't have been possible without the support of Embrace. I have had Embrace for almost 4 years and have had a few sudden illnesses that we sailed thru with much less stress because of Embrace. It's easy to submit a claim and they reimburse super fast. I am completely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Vet Helpline is a great benefit.

I used the vet helpline service regarding my 13 year old who has a chronic upper respiratory problem and has been under treatment for this for over two years. I spoke to Shelly on the helpline regarding my cat's symptoms, current medications, and other treatment options. It was very helpful and extremely information. For one thing, I was able to take notes about all the options and get answers to my questions about her problem. Talking this out with a third party really helped increase my understanding. She suggested a couple of options for me to discuss with my vet--which I did today. I am really grateful that you offer this service. I can see where it would be especially beneficial if there was a complicated problem with costly decisions to be made. It helps folks sort out the possibilities. Thanks to Shelly and thanks for providing this service.

Embrace has me covered!

Since I've been with Embrace for approximately 2 years, there have been a number of illness/accident claims given to them concerning my Boxer. Though he's the best companion I've had, he has had his share of "problems". When the Vet's office submits a claim to Embrace, within a day I get email notification they received it and they are working on it! within a week or ten days I'm getting notification my reimbursement check is on the way... I've never had an issue of claim denial or questions on a procedure when it came to "fixing" my boy! This is the first time I invested in Pet Insurance and I'm so glad I chose Embrace!

Very efficient and easy to work with. Awesome customer service.

Embrace is the best pet insurance out there. They are quick, easy to work with and they go above and beyond to get what they need from the vet to cover the claim quickly. There are never any surprises. They do exactly what they promised to do and are eager to cover your claim. Even though Bulldogs like mine have a lot of health problems and develop more and more of them throughout their lives, Embrace still cares about her and calls her cute names. Her rates have not increased more than a few dollars in the five years she has been covered by them.

Thank you for all your help

Our four legged companion was diagnosed with diabetes almost 2 years ago and shortly afterwards became blind. Pets plus us, helped offset the major expenses of taking care of her, there has never been any concerns with reimbursement in fact we now have it as direct deposit which works great. Would you have a child without medical insurance then why have a pet without it

Not what they say

Gotta love a company that says one thing on the phone and practices another. I had called in before getting coverage to confirm a few questions as to what was classified as pre-existing. PRAY that none of your pet(s)' medical attention can be connected to a prior issue. I was told over the phone that my dog's one seizure would not be deemed as pre-existing; however, as the challenges mounted, all claims were denied and after taking my money, was told condition was pre-existing. FIGO is also EXTREMELY SLOW in reviewing anything. Thanks for nothing but the pick-pocket.
