I called to explain that the deductible had been met for Molly�
I called to explain that the deductible had been met for Molly with Claim #2991604 from 1/24/18. Bloodwork was done and determined high liver enzymes and an ultra sound recommended. Claim #3082971 was for the ultra sound and the deductible was taken again. Simple...Robee was very nice, said he would forward the information to the medical team and they would handle it. The next thing I saw was an email with an appeal form. Ridiculous! When I contacted Dr. Early, he reminded me that this actually started with bloodwork covered with Claim # 2225477, 1/19/2017. I told him I didn't even want to start that. You always say "Just call" with a problem...I did and now am having to spend MORE time putting things in writing, contacting my vet, filling out surveys, etc.
