Didnt think needed...but gratful have it
Have always had animals but never had pet insurance until recently. I got it as a recommendation when I adopted a new cat. I am so glad I did. My cat has had a pesky ear infection that has required multiple trips to vet and various medications. All claims have been processed timely and accurately. This illness alone has covered the cost for the yearly policy. Customer service has always been great when I have had a question and website is so easy to use to get information or submit / track claims.

Even if I had to pay a bit more I wish the wellness benefit was more. Especially since we are very conscientious about his exams. But I am happy anyway and I love the customer service

Good coverage
You never know how good an insurance company is until you need them. I have been happy with our experience with Embrace. Our Max has Addison's Disease and Embrace has covered 80% of our vet bills. He will be on medication for the rest of his life, so far so good, and of course I am so glad I got pet insurance. The customer service team has been really super. We will see how much our premium goes up as time goes by..again you don't know.

Great Service
Just before bringing Johnson home from the rescue shelter, I researched Embrace Pet Insurance and their plans. Needless to say, I made the decision to invest in the health of my pooch and have not regretted it. He has had coverage for the past 3 years. Embrace's staff are courteous, professional and caring. They provide updates on pending claims in a timely manner and make sure I know by sending follow-ups via email. If you are not yet an Embrace family member, what are you waiting for?

Takes the worry out of stressful situations!
I have 2 Boston Terriers that are getting into their older ages. Nationwide has covered everything I've submitted so far, from routine dental or blood work, office visits with our regular vets and even referrals to specialists, to fractured teeth and an unfortunate development of Cushing's Disease. The claims process is easy; I submit all my claims through the VitusVet app and get the reimbursements directly deposited to my account within a few weeks. Nationwide couldn't have made it any easier and I can easily say they take a lot of stress off my shoulders when it comes to paying for vet expenses for my dogs. Super happy with my experience so far!
