Amazing Coverage and Service
I have had Embrace insurance for my sweet kitty, Malee, for three years, which I purchased two months after we rescued her. They have been amazing in covering claims, mainly her allergy testing, and the acupuncture and the tea pills that my Vet prescribes to help manage her many environmental allergies. My Veterinarian keeps a claim form on file, and they immediately file for me after each visit, and Embrace is quick to respond and deposit the 80% I chose right into my bank account. I am very pleased with their service and ease in handling claims. A great company if you are looking for insurance to protect your pet !

I like speaking to a real person. I did not realise you have not set up a portal yet. That might be a good idea for those of us who travel and occasionally need access to our pets records to provide information to an emergency vet.

Peace of Mind Coverage Provided Needed Surgery
By having the insurance we were able to give our puppy an opportunity for 90-95% full recovery. This will help improve her quality of life versus suffering for many years. The process to submit the claims was easy on-line. Within a few weeks, we received a 70% reimbursement less the deductible. Really appreciated the care to follow-up on how Redzi Rose was recovering.

Healthy Paws has been very responsive and so easy to work with. Their ap is so easy to file claims and they notify you of the claim process along the way. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They care about me as a client and they also care about my dog!
