An absolute MUST HAVE for those who love their pets
I have had the security of Embrace for the past 6 years and to include the word security in this review is no accident. Even my own premium health insurance pales in comparison to the response, care, and ease using Embrace for my beloved fur baby. I'm actually in awe in the customer service and fast reimbursement I receive. Bottom line...Embrace is an extension of my family and I heavily rely upon them being there. I have a pug and anyone taking on a pug knows they need special care. The most recent time was emergency care and the hospital started going over how much it was going to cost. Because of Embrace, I brushed aside their communication which was causing delay to our Bella's treatment and told them to just care for her needs to get her better. Embrace is always right there with me at the doctors office without fear of cost. Of course, there are limits and I wouldn't have it any other way as I know it allows Embrace to give the care they do to others as well. THANK YOU, EMBRACE!

Hartville Pet Insurance has been accurate in all they say they will do.
My dog Dixie was from the Humane Society of Sarasota County. I didn't have a dog for 30 yrs. Time has change with pet care since then and I was advised to take out dog insurance. I took out insurance with the Hartville and have been very pleased with their service. They are there to answer all my questions and are very helpful. My dog has allergies and is on medication. It has worked out very well with the Hartville - forms are easy to fill out and they are right there if you have any questions. Glad my Dog has Pet Insurance and glad I chose the Hartville Pet Insurance.

Having HealthyPaws insurance has been such a blessing. My young dog recently developed IVDD. From the onset of this diagnosis, HealthyPaws has been expedient in responding to my claims, they have been helpful in answering questions and I NEVER feel as if I have to argue with them about something (which I did with my former pet insurance company who paid little to nothing). They are proponents of treating your dog (w)holistically and they actually seem to care about your pet. HealthyPaws has truly been a light in this dark tunnel of trying to treat this (which, btw, is a long process). It's a comfort knowing they are there!

Excellent Coverage and Great Service
Pets Best has made filing claims and even contacting customer service incredibly easy. We have had pet insurance for years without needing it but this year came with accidents and illnesses. I had to call Pets Best on a couple of occasions to clarify our coverage. I always got a real person who took the time to explain everything. Submitting claims is incredibly easy as you can do it online. You can check on the status of the claim and see the explanation of benefits when it is complete. Our dog ruptured his CCL this year and needed surgery, medications, and physical therapy on top of being diagnosed with anxiety. Thanks to Pets Best we were able to get our dog the treatment he needed.

JUST AWESOME!!
I've had Embrace insurance on 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs and a Cavalier King Charles for a few years now. I wouldn't not have insurance on my dogs ever again. My claims are handled incredibly fast and the staff is so nice and knowledgeable. People ask me all the time about who I use and I constantly recommend Embrace to others.

Completely satisfied with service so far!
I have to say I was skeptical with pet insurance at first but I have nothing but positive comments for Embrace. Unfortunately my dog got sick and had to go to the hospital. The claims were submitted, processed extremely quickly, and check was sent to me promptly. I highly recommend Embrace!
