Never would not have pet Insurance, it is a must have.
My beloved Golden Retriever, Belle lived to the age of 15 1/2. I attribute her long life to the excellent Veterinary care and the fact that Belle had the Superior Plan and Cancer Rider plan with VPI that helped with her medical cost. The customer service is outstanding and always available to answer any questions regarding your pet's plan or submitted claims. Claims are easily submitted by FAX, Email, or mail. In addition Nationwide emails newsletters to help keep your pet safe and healthy. I rate the insurance with a A- I did not give a A+ because of genetic (breed specific) and pre-existing conditions are not covered.

Best insurer and I highly recommend them. I will use them again and again.
My dog has a serious seizure disorder (4 meds) and a inflammatory bowel disease (steroids) since 2 yo and he is now almost 5 yo happy dog who requires frequent blood tests. He has required an MRI and an endoscopy. He plays hard and loves to run and jump which led to another ER visit. Healthypaws covers almost the entire bill. They make it easy to submit and deposit the reimbursement into my checking account. I never have to argue and they respond to email. I highly recommend them and will use again and again.

Really came through when my puppy needed surgery on her knee. The claim was processed quickly and without any issues. Been a client for 5 years and am very happy with the company and the staff. Would definitely recommend Trupanion

Worst claim experience ever. Waited a month for them to tell me my refund would be applied to the annual deductible....wtf

Claims are quick and easy to understand
I have two puppies and both are on Wellness Plans and Insurance Plans. So, I've been submitting a lot of claims lately with vaccines and spays and all the puppy stuff. The process is quick and easy to understand. I'm completely happy with my decision to go with Pets Best. I always tell my friends to get on it!
