Alyssa was patient when I needed to vent from my first phone conversation with Trupanion. She answered my questions. Now, I'm going to see how Trupanion responds to my claim to make a final decision if I continue my insurance for my cat. This is the second pet I have had on Trupanion insurance and I've never made a claim before. I've been consistent with my payments for many years and very unhappy with my first phone conversation recently that I had with Trupanion.

I find trupanion phone representatives to be very friendly and easy to talk to.
I find trupanion phone representatives to be very friendly and easy to talk to. I could also tell that Jennifer was a pet lover which leaves a good impression. The only downfall to trupanion is I feel that the cost of the exam should be covered, as this is usually the main cost of our visits.
