I love nationwide pet insurance. Nationwide is the only pet insurance that allows for wellness checks, non emergency vet visits, and yearly shots. I love that no matter why I have to take my baby to the vet that he is covered. Customer service is amazing, they always reply to emails within 48 hours, they check in on my baby to make sure he is okay after going to the vet. I love that I can speak with a vet anytime of the day. I think nationwide pet insurance is a must have for any pet owner.

I had this insurance since my dog is 3 months old and he became 7 years now. I really appreciate for this insurance covering all of my concerns about my precious baby Maru. They covered my dog for paw surgery and ligament surgery. This insurance will make you feel relieved whatever happened to your pet. Strongly recommend!!!!

Good coverage, very fast turnaround
Our dog is a chihuahua mix and has developed a number of health issues as she has aged. Trupanion has paid our many claims quickly, and when they don't cover something they always explain why. My vet can submit our claims directly from their system, which is so easy.

When our Boxer boy, Blitz, came down with a life-threatening infection a few months ago, we were very worried. The vet bills piled up through his procedures and recovery to the point where many without insurance would probably have to make a difficult decision. So thankful we had Trupanion. It gave us the opportunity to not worry about finances and to get our boy healthy. Trupanion was responsive and hassle-free while being very supportive at that time. Blitz is back to his old self. The best health insurance company for our Kids (Pets)
I couldn’t be more pleased with my recent experience with Trupanion. I lost my little Chocolate. I was too broken up to cancel his insurance. Trupanion saw the cremation charge and refunded me from the day Chocolate passed. They sent a condolences card which meant the world to me. All the services they describe regarding customer services, policies, claims, etc. all worked smooth as silk.
