Thank you Trupanion for helping me

I have spent considerable time at a vet specialty hospital the last 6 months, like almost everyday. Unfortunately Pippa did not survive. But, Trupanion was with us the whole time. And everyday at the vet's there was some one there without pet insurance. You are in my phone contacts and I share you every chance I get. No pet should be denied a chance at a comfortable life by a lack of money. Health issues and accidents happen. I have health insurance and my pets have health insurance, I just wish mine paid as well as Trupanion does.

I recommend Trupanion to friends and family all the time. They are so friendly on the phone, quick in paying our claims. Our Isabella has a heart condition and is doing great thanks to this insurance and great doctors!

You guys are alway great and answer my questions ! Alway have for the last 9 yrs since I have my dog and with your company just hope that one day there is a discount for check up and vaccination even if it's a small % ! We paying big nick for insurance not really use it as I pay the max coverage ! Just think that's an incentive for people to have their dog insurance doesn't have to be big but .... it help ! As is .... it's a lot of $ $120 a month when we don't really use it !

My biggest complaint is that every time I have sent a claim for diet food I had too follow up to correct it not starting a new claim.

My biggest complaint is that every time I have sent a claim for diet food I had too follow up to correct it not starting a new claim. I am not happy that you do not cover the diet I need to treat her life long problem. I am not sure if I will continue coverage. Your reps have always been polite and helpful, it's just the fact I have to call to correct.

I called to approve of the Privacy policy.

I called to approve of the Privacy policy. I also inquired if I could get my Trupanion Policy number over the phone, and there was no problem. Each month the premium is taken out automatically for both of my cats.
