Easy, Fast Claims Pay, and Good Coverage!

I have been with Nationwide Pet Insurance for about two years now. I have two dogs: a young, accident-prone Mini Aussie and an old Daschund mix. Between the two of them, they are always going to the vet. Nationwide has never denied me coverage for ANYTHING and has always covered more than I expect them to; they are truly a life-saver. The cost of insurance is also very reasonable--granted, I do get a discount through my employer. The process for being paid claims is very easy--they either mail you a check or you can accept payment electronically through a service provided by Chase. Both are easy and fast. I don't think I've ever waited more than 2 weeks to be paid, and I believe the claim I waited longest on was for a surgery. I recommend Nationwide to all of my friends who are pet parents.

Awesome Company!

I am so grateful I have this insurance coverage on my puppy, Riley! They are so professional and always helpful. I called their "help line" with a question and they responded back to me very quickly.

Healthy Paws Rocks!

I have been with Healthy Paws for about 2 years now and have nothing but great things to say about them. Everything from how personable the customer service is over the phone when calling about a claim, to the emails they send just to check in and see how my Frenchie floof is doing! It's the little things that make this company stand out. I had heard about this insurance through a pet owner on Instagram who raved about their coverage so I had to check it out. After doing my research and comparing with other pet insurance companies, they were definitely the best! They cover things that the other companies do not. Hydrotherapy, ear infection, and IVDD surgery are just some of the things this company has covered for my fur baby. I have submitted claims throughout the two years and am reimbursed rather quickly with no hassle. I think it is safe to say that i will never need to look elsewhere/switch to another company because of how satisfied I am with Healthy Paws. Thank you HP!! <3

Frustrated at service

It was frustrating it took 6 months to get paid out on a claim that should of been paid out quickly. I had to challenge your companies policy and hold you true to it. Not to pleased for a premium plan.

Painfully slow

I have been paying premiums since Oct. 2017. I filed my first claim 2/1/18 - it is still on hold, 3 months later. I filed 2nd claim on 3/3/18 - it just got processed, 2 months later. They are very prompt at sucking the premiums out of my checking account at the beginning of the month - painfully slow at anything else. Embrace dwells on the tiniest inconsequential comments in my pet's medical history, and uses them to exclude major coverage. Embrace held a contest in February 2018 which they misrepresented as "cutest sleeping dog photo" - it was actually "who could get the most friends to vote for their dog". Cuteness was irrelevant.

i ALWAYS RECOMMEND

I can't rave about Embrace enough. My elderly dog is going for acupuncture and laser therapy and I am able to send him once a week due to Embrace. I have all my dogs on it and wouldn't change a thing. It's worth the price and more. Every vet I go to, every person I talk to, I encourage them to find out about Embrace and how it can help them.

Policy is exactly as it claims to be

I have had Pets Best since 2012 and every claim I have submitted has been processed exactly the way I thought it would be. For the items I know they don't cover- they didn't but all other illness related stuff has been covered after I have met my deductible at 80%. No secrets, no hidden agendas- they are very transparent on what they will cover and not cover before you sign up. I have been very pleased with pets best. They are not cheap esp as your pet ages but the peace of mind if something big arises is worth the cost. All insurance companies are the same on what they will cover, etc and this one is quite fast on claims processing most of the time and all questions are answered when contacting customer service. I have referred them to others and will continue to since it's a great health care company for pets. The rates do jump quite high from year to year but the cost of animal care is getting as expensive as human care. Thank you Pets Best for all the help you have given Milo and Mason over the last several years. We appreciate it.

Grateful

I’vd had Embrace dog Insurance for approx 6-7 years or so and recently had to submit a very large claim. The process was easy and I like the fact that I didn’t have a deductible since I haven’t had a claim in over 4 years, reason being is that each year there isn’t a claim the deductible reduces by $50. That is a very nice feature. Within 7-10 days of submitting my claim a check had been issued. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable. My only dissatisfaction as with every insurance is the monthly cost has doubled since I first signed on. But if you’re not going to be disciplined to put away the money yourself each month for emergency I would highly recommend Embrace for the peace of mind should an emergency occur. It’s very expensive to get a dog treated at a vet. I just hope the monthly premium has a cap. Other than that I’m very grateful and thankful for their coverage and excellent customer service. ❤️

Beyond happy thus far!

It’s been about 8 months now since we got Daisy pet insurance and I’m beyond happy with our experience. I’m surprised by the quick turn around on the claims I’ve submitted.
