Trupanion is the best insurance for my pets. Claims are processed quickly and payment is received promptly. Any questions are answered by friendly and professional customer service. I called because I submitted my claim over 2 weeks ago and did not hear back at all from Trupanion.
I called because I submitted my claim over 2 weeks ago and did not hear back at all from Trupanion. Basically my claim was not processed until I spoke with Carlos nothing was being done. I am now waiting again to see when my claim will be processed.
