I could not have had better support after my dog was diagnosed with cancer
In June, 2016, my dog was diagnosed with cancer. I was devastated. He had the best possible care and received chemotherapy. His cancer regressed and he was in remission for 16 months as a result of his care. It was time that I cherished. Unfortunately, I lost my boy in October, 2017. Having Trupanion allowed me to make decisions for his care without worrying about the costs. Each interaction with the team members at Trupanion was fantastic. They are compassionate and wanted to help every step of the way. I currently have two other dogs who are both covered by Trupanion. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

I expected to have my claim refused.
I expected to have my claim refused. I was pleasantly surprised to find that after my deductible was met, the remainder was paid promptly and with no hassle. In addition, everybody that I had contact with, were friendly and helpful.

It has been taking longer to get my money back due to information changed in the system.
It has been taking longer to get my money back due to information changed in the system. That is because the vet= So. Seattle Vet. Hospital wouldn't take direct pay. I HAD been getting the funds deposited directly to my checking account before that. So, I don't understand WHY a check was sent to the vet prolonging me getting my funds back. Thank you I really like Trupanion in every other aspect!
